DEPOSIT:
* For daily tour:
- Your group from 1-4 guests: you could not deposit. But if there is a change, please report it to our company before 1 day in order to receive a replacement guest. For this tour, you could not deposit but our company has to deposit service. So please be sure, we will keep the place for you
- Your group from 5 guests or more: employees will guide you to fill the booking form  and receive confirmation of your deposit.
* For a long-day tour:
- All tourist are required to deposit and booking no later than 07 days prior to departure (for high season), before 03 days prior to departure (for low season).
GUIDE FOR BOOKING TOUR:
- Step 1: You choose a suitable tour on our website; or you can phone directly to employees for advise a suitable tour with your time.
- Step 2: You have selected the tour, contact employees or send email to kinhdoanh@danangxanh.com to book services.
- Step 3: You fill out the personal information on the Booking Form. After you have filled the required information, you carefully check the date of departure, number of guests, unit price, amount to avoid confusion.
- Step 4: The employee will be notified of the deposit and payment accounts to customers
- Step 5: You transfer a deposit or pay in cash to the company so that the company can organize a tour for you (no later than 03 days prior to tour departure).
NOTE: For large group, we need to keep many room in high season, the customers and employees agree an appropriate time to transfer
If the company has not received the deposit on time, we shall automatically cancel tour.
- Step 6: Upon receipt of a deposit into your account, employees will send you a scaned Booking Form with signature and seal of the company.
- Step 7: Send group list: name, date of birth, gender.
TOUR CANCELLATION RULES:
* For group under 10 guests and deposit:
- Cancellation before 10 days prior to tour departure: no charge
- Cancellations up to 7 days before tour departure: fined 10% of total tour
- Cancellations up to 3 days before tour departure: fined 20% of total tour
- Cancellation within 3 days tour to the date of departure: fined 30% of total tour
* For groups of 10 passengers or more and deposit:
- Cancellation before 15 days prior to tour departure: no charge
- Cancellation before 10 days prior to tour departure: fined 10% of total tour
- Cancellations up to 7 days before tour departure: fined 15% of total tour
- Cancellations up to 5 days before tour departure: fined 20% of total tour
- Cancellations up to 3 days before tour departure: fined 25% of total tour
- Cancellation within 3 days tour to the date of departure: fined 30% of total tour
