Overall, Susan is nice and infomative, we love her smile when she share full thing about diff erent places with us. The food portion is too big for us.

Dung was very informative and was able to answer all the questions I had regarding different attractions around the Ba Na Hill tour we were on. Driver Mr Anh was very reliable and was able to get us to our destination without any motion sickness or incidents in this crazy Da Nang traffic. Great experience as we booked the tour just the night before. The communication from the very beginning was great. All went as agreed, on time. Dung provided us with information about the sights and gave clear instructions on where/when to meet and how to get there.

The guide is knowledgeable and friendly. English is fluent even though not her first language. She explained the details thoroughly. Ba Na Hill is beautiful and worth visit. Time is not enough for a full exploration. The tour is very good and highly recommended.
